Nobody’s winning anymore, those days are gone.
until you are out and realize you need the job. Talk is cheap.
Just keep tweaking that resume, working your STAR stories, and practicing your storytelling skills (ie, home run answer to "tell me about yourself"). Your time will come. Dell has nothing but contempt for people. It just takes a while to get to everyone.
This site has turned from a layoff site to psychological help line.
Quit torturing yourself and find a way out.
@a2 true that.. I am patiently waiting for my turn for over a year.. and no signs of my name making to the list yet.
The most absurd part is that the people who actually need the job are gone, while those desperate to leave seem trapped here indefinitely.
