Does anyone know if we’re going to get higher bonuses to make up for the sh*t stock price?

Not higher bonuses, no, but you'll get more shares to make up the same value. If your bonus target is $10k you'd have gotten 50 shares last year at around $200 each, this year you'll get upwards of 150 shares. Silver lining, I guess.

What's a bonus?
Yes, there are enterprise “retention” bonuses that the Enterprise has opened up funding for. I’d imagine there is a pool of funding managers have the ability to allocate as they see fit, to some degree. Don’t get too excited though, min was maybe 1% of my total comp and requires you to stay 18 months to keep it.
