I can no longer access the Severance Portal from my personal computer following my last day worked (it worked prior to 12/19). It also won’t let me reset my password. I sent an email to the address I located with no response as of yet. We’re supposed to have access to it for 6 months. Is anyone else who was impacted also experiencing this? If so, any tips on how to get access again?

@ey poster (@ec) is referring to workhistory.verizon.com. Two different sites.
@ec where are you seeing your paycheck dated 1/2 in the portal. I can’t find it, all I am able to see are the documents we had to look over .. TYIA
The portal is working fine for me. I just logged this morning from my Samsung Galaxy phone and found the paystub for this upcoming Friday January 2nd pay for my unpaid vacation days. Severance pay is not there yet. Probably on the following pay period
Click Find ID. It will email you a different ID than what your USWIN was, since you’re no longer employed. Typical, doesn’t mention anything about it in all the thousands of documents you get.
Haven't had any issues accessing, so it's definitely on a case-by-case basis. Would reach out to a human. We were given an email option in the original severance letter. "sevteam" Search the letter.
