The people are smart, supportive, and easy to work with, especially offshore IT teams and there’s a real sense that everyone’s pulling in the same direction. Management gives you room to do your job without micromanaging, and the focus on long-term thinking makes the work feel meaningful instead of rushed. It’s a solid, positive environment overall. Five star company for sure.

@OP I am laughing at this comment. The ECA is a laugh , the technology head is bigoted, The people they put on the Board are inept. The processes are so redundant and useless. Wait till you have been here for a year or two.
I agree. The people here are generally very, very nice. It's the least-worst corporate environment I've ever been in. The technology can use some help, but it's a good place to be.
If you want to see horrible, get hired at Wells.
