Incorrect. My SSS just thinks they are more important than they really are just like you do.
Clearly you do if you are so engaged in it and are worried about what someone that has essentially nothing to do with you is doing. Maybe the SSS hates you in your store because you don’t do your job and make more work for them. It’s a retail job pull your head out of your a-s and smarten up.
I don’t care I’m just simply pointing out the reason why people keep posting things like “bye bye sss” is because everyone hates their sss for acting like they are more important when they just bag groceries and print tags.
And you care why ? Even if the role gets cut do you really think that money will go to other people in the store ? They will just take the work the SSS did and make the teams do it.
When the SSS position was created out of the ashes of the SSI position it required far more talent. The tasks that the SSS does now could be done by any entry level $16/hr employee.
No it’s because at one point the sss position was actually important. It took time but they made it so any “barely functioning human being” can do it like yourself
They are probably smug because you are borderline special needs like the majority of the employees WFM hires now. You are all exhausting to deal with and are barely functions human beings.

Lots of people think they are more important than they are not just the SSS. It seems everyone envy’s the job because it’s simple. I find it funny when the SSS eventually\if it gets cut the work will go to all of you and you won’t see an increase in pay 👍 So it makes a ton of sense to want them gone.

Let’s be real. They already got rid of the SSS. At this point they are just glorified baggers with a title that prints tags.
