There is a narcissistic bully who leads L&D. Just look at ALL of the people who left the dept to get away from her.

Desperate companies will do desperate things. Let’s be honest. Qualified employees are not lining up to work at Giant Eagle.
Recently I heard about this person who claims on LinkedIn she is "passionate about people and their career journeys". People like her should never become leaders and I am so disappointed that Giant Eagle would not even address the issue of her losing so many staff members. People don't quit companies, they quit bosses.
It's not just at your store, but it seems like it's company-wide. Some of them just like to throw their weights around for the lousy pay Giant Eagle throws at them. Some of them are a trip up in there and I came across a few sc--w ba--s over there.
Arrogant leadership by intimidation.
Don't ever be afraid to stand up for yourself.
It is a culture that Giant Eagle has. They believe bullying employees is they way to run the company.
