2 years later and massive reduction, there are still layers to be cut in sales, SE, TAM managers and directors. Most of them don't step out of office to engage customers because they can't. The ones in APJ are good example. Glad the SE boss gone back to his country.

There are too many layers, too many middle managers doing nothing in AOD as well. Most middle managers provide little to no value but there are so many of them.
