Yep, there are because I was let go this month. My exit will not be for a couple of weeks, but a new round is coming. So much for we have hit our quota on 70% inhouse and 30% percent out of country, but I guess that is what they were saying is that it's going to be like it was at Discover with only 20% inhouse and 80% overseas. We need to get laws enacting that if you have a company in the US you have to employ the majority in the US. The sad part is that I had to train my replacements for the past 6 or so months knowing it was coming and the response is that all industries are outsourcing where they can or every company is doing it, doesn't help. What happened to the slogan "We know who keeps us in business" well it better be foreigners because I will not ever recommend a company to anyone that does not have at least 80% US based employees.
