I'm drained. Just wondering if there is anyone here who doesn't have many more duties than what is in their job description? Is there anyone who doesn't wear multiple hats?

This is modern retail, if you think you're only going to do what your job description says, you're kidding yourself.

That is why our job descriptions are so vague. So anything can be thrown on your plate. It’s safe to say, everyone is drained mentally, physically, emotionally or a combination of all 3. If you work in a store, you do anything and everything. If you’re lucky, you have competent staff and enough of it. I don’t think that’s reality in most stores, if I had to guess. Everyone is overworked, doing more with less, not earning more money, and feeling the most exhausted and unappreciated they’ve ever felt during a Holiday season. It’s sad…
