Intel has finally realized it’s no longer strong in innovation. Launching a new node by effectively poaching technology through equipment vendors is a step toward eventually selling the company to TSMC.

Intel's innovation is cheating and fooling its employees.
AI believe OP is more innovation than Intel about layoff. Intel should copy and paste from TSMC or sell its assets to broken banks to write off its rising debts.
Intel has a lot in common with OP then, although it at least has a life.
