So true. People that have worked there have lost so much.
Unless you're in management, working for First American Financial for too many years will eventually lead to much regret. Don't waste the gift of life by spending it at FirstAm. They will use you, abuse you, and then kick you to the curb without a thought. Don't wait for them to lay you off, take your power back and use them instead.
First American Financial always lays off the employees actually performing the work, while management at all levels is somehow spared.
They would get a bigger bang for their buck to rid the company of dead weight senior managers, directors and VPs of which there is not short supply.
Most scurried to other title companies looking for greener pastures.
Don’t believes anyone cares.
