Will there be any Quest Diagnostics layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

If PAMA goes through in 2026 I heard on a Finance call lead by a VP that reports to the CFO that the company stands to lose ~$100+ million in revenue. There's NO WAY layoffs won't happen if that happens!! Earlier this year, RTO was implemented which is of course hoping people quit so they don't have to pay severance and can avoid negative PR.
Additionally, if PAMA is passed I'm certain that no bonuses or merits will be given in March for those who are not laid off.
