Yes, at least for Western Canada. BC has like poor traction for new projects. Calgary is similar in AB, a lot of projects waiting for sign off or no updates since end of 2025. Anyone in these areas should start looking elsewhere then just sit on the beloved bench. The internal postings portal also shows more activity in Eastern Canada too, barely anything for Western Canada. Clearly Directors and Opportunity Managers who aren’t doing their job well and should be on the chopping block with the consultants who report up to them.
