Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to Newell Rubbermaid layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

They just laid off more people in, Ohio.
Going to start a big week leading up to 2/6 quarterly earnings. do we think they'll be able to spin Christmas sales in a positive way - enough that the shareholders will give some rope? Or will they throw us under the bus again?

As I sit here and hear about orders we keep losing, its hard to pretend everything is ok.

Rumor is, home sector is on the chopping block
32% of shareholder equity wiped out in just 3 years, an eye-wateringly low Altman Z score, reduced consumer spending, mkt cap of just 1.6B, stock price no higher than it was during the first layoff round.... yeah, it's not looking good.
the answer to this is (a) of course, and (b) unfortunately. they have dug theirselves a hole that they aren't able to get out of without much further, deeper cuts
