I am sharing my experiance working at gsk so people understand what the job is really like....
the job itself was not hard and most days a competent worker could finish their tasks without stress....
pay was lower than competitors and raises were small and did not keep up with inflation....

Vacation time was limited and only increased after ten years of service..
my site forced employess to use vacation during a july shutdown which felt unfair..

poor performance was ignored and good workers were given more work to cover for others!!
Managers often lacked proper managment training and it showed!!

why should hard workers be punished for doing their jobs?
how is that supposed to help morale?

the lab claimed to care about safety but would not replace broken chairs or mats?!...
how can you preach ergonomics in that kind of enviroment?!...

THIS PLACE WILL WEAR YOU DOWN
