I havent heard any talk about layoffs but the big push is AI and not hiring resources. I was told that because ppt count is down, there is no hiring allowed. Even for the few roles out there most of the time they aren't even considering internal hires - so many new faces instead.
Health care costs are ballooning and Lincoln keeps losing business

Lots of chatter around budgetary concerns, wouldn't be surprised to see layoffs in the first half of 2026
