They hire H1B for almost every position. At this point it's H1B hiring H1B.

All I can tell you is that a significant number of complaints and requests have been filed with government authorities demanding that Blackrock prioritize American workers and take action against H1B abuse. There will be more developments coming, particularly addressing BlackRock's H1B practices.
