Do you think there will be Mohawk layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

January 8th - 2026, I was "laid off" same with someone that i am close with in Washington (PNW), if you see HR around your building for a week (what I saw it was 3 people in total) and they call for a meeting on a day off, more than likely theyre laying off workers due to the "work schedule" being so sporadic (ie; working 3 days off 2 or working 2 days off for 3)
