Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Lexmark layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Lexmark sales reps bye bye.
Gonna be a bloodbath. I know the head guy who is in charge of delivering the message. He says it’s gonna be ugly.
@3yr I heard the Xerox Canada VP Sales was snatched like Maduro, no sighting. No thank you email, no good luck in the future. Weird how leadership thinks it's ok to make people disappear then say folks you will get your number and no more changes, then more folks gone, then they say Trust us. Not looking forward to the merger.
After q1 Lexmark Xerox teams merge, like survivor Isand, some will be voted off, territory changes. A lot of accounts going to inside and channel. Xerox is broke and needs to lower operational costs. Sales compensation is operational costs. They will game you " you can do it" the number will be unattainable and they will shuffle the compensation plan and gates. Expect 30% -50% reduction if you were a overachiever. 6 months of this then in October expect more reorg and layoffs as they understand all the teams. Its Steve B and LP's last so expect them to maximize their comp. Flipping over to Lexmark backend cause it's cookie cutter and cheaper.
@OP You job is being replaced by a lower paid Xerox employee in inside sales my man.
I'm fairly positive plan reductions are coming. Not good for streets. I have friends inside this organization in Western Canada, Eastern Canada telling me the start of the year has not been a start at all and they are calling it Q5 LOL!
Valentines day massacre on the Xerox side. Minimal impact on Lexmark side. We already lean, thier the ones in crisis.
Either way it will be all done and dusted after Q1 given the shortened plan structure both sides are on. Then we move to the Xerox quota systems
@OP Yes additional layoffs impacting sales and other organizations probably by April of 2026.
