@f9 perhaps at the c suite level you’re partially right. But the reality is the exact opposite of what you’re suggesting from all levels below c suite.
Unqualified female white managers and leaders, check
Unqualified POC in manager positions, check.
List goes on and on.
The gross incompetence of these DEI hires is glaring!
It’s a fact that white, male Americans are the most discriminated class of employees in this country…. And the obviousness of it is all over the place now. From our president to the leadership of the EEOC driving white males to report discrimination.
And Waters has been engaged in systematic discrimination against white males.
