What criteria was used to either give 3 weeks or 4 weeks special bonus?

Did it already get paid? Or still coming with next paycheck?
It’s on case to case basis depending on your SVP, for example in ET, whoever was saying yes to this SVP they were all given 4 weeks. However, whoever were not in the good books of the SVP were given to ensure he gets nothing
If your % bonus was between 50 and 100, you got three weeks; instead of four.
And you didn’t get it at all if you were grade 8+, or if you were IP or you had attendance issues.
If you got 100%+ of your bonus you got 4 weeks.
