Nowadays all this place is good for is to learn and leave very quickly. Unfortunately, I stayed too long and now I feel stuck, and it is increasingly clear to me that it can only get worse here. I doubt that anyone has much hope that there will be significant improvements here any time soon. Or maybe I'm wrong?

CLR will NEVER give packages! They fire people and then try to block unemployment.
If they fire Webb and Lawler, things will get better. In the meantime, plan on attending a lot of culture BS and hope for a package.
