Management are DEI, the common thing now is remember folks the techs who have been around for years need training, if they haven't grasped it by now they never will.........Management have been stagnated with their marching order checklist to ensure everyone is at their locations but don't actually know what techs do daily at work or the good old boy promoted junior tech to Manager will solve it.
