This can't go on like this much longer. Is there anyone here who is not overworked and on the verge of burnout? Perhaps a person can be overworked and productive for a short time, but for a long time it is simply not possible. I hope to find a new option soon.

We lost a lot of employees over the last couple years; layoffs and those who chose to leave. It’s upsetting that Commscope hasn’t replace most of these vacancies and while the workload has increased.
It seems like they can’t afford to hire more employees. Numbers aren’t met so I’m worried that more layoffs may come.
I know what you mean. Things just fizzled out, no end of year messages from the many layers of VPs, deadlines kicked down the road. Dont know how they are going to drum up enthusiasm next year or if they will even try
I know..exhausting.
And very little recognition for end of year. Even at Christmas feels like meh
