I am increasingly dissatisfied with the way Adidas is managed. I've been here for a long time and maybe that's the reason why I still care.
Actually, I think that employees in general care more about the company and the brand than does the leadership. They damage the brand in many ways with their bad moves. They should be aware of that.

The biggest leadership mistake was to focus on profit benefiting only shareholders instead of continuing to build a brand and products that can beat Nike. Business and numbers are important but not at all cost!
When Herbert left, Adi was in good place to gain significant market share and seen as cool in the US i.e. winning from Nike. In a few short years, Kasper Rotstift squandered this advantage and caused a mass exodus of the most talented leaders.
What bad moves are you talking about? They damage the brand in many ways… how?
