Leaving due to RTO

It was clear to me from the very beginning that we would have to return to the office at some point. Now many say that they will leave if they have to RTO, but how many will really leave because of that? It remains to be seen, but I still think that most will give up that intention and gradually get used to office again.

Get back to full time. Vacation is over.

Just be cautious and calculated with this. Sure a Tier 1 staff member can have something lined up within 7-10 days if they are upset and decide to leave, or after a month have a f/t gig with exactly what they want. The reality is very, very few of us here (and in our industry) are at that level. We may act like that our team and more would crumble if they lost us but that simply isn't the truth.

We are in the office 3 days a week and appreciate the 2 wfh days. If you cannot follow this simple rule then leave or how about management deal with those who can't follow the rules.

IMO, very few will leave due to the RTO.

Meh, they can make all the rules they want, but until management enforces them, it doesn’t matter. Current requirement is 3 days in the office…a lot of offices are empty those days as well as the others.

It can’t as they will be sitting on their butts at home already.
