Intel Hiring Freeze and New Offer

Can anyone suggest if hiring freeze is going on now at Intel, when the hiring process may resume again? Especially I am referring to LTD group. Does Intel hire anyone recently or any possibility in the upcoming weeks to hire at LTD group? Thanks

IDM 2.0 is extremely risky. Think of Intel being as risky as a startup now (without the massive stock option upside). IDM 2.0 will either succeed or it will fail miserably. There is no in between and the amount of capital and staying power to make it work is likely being severely underestimated. You have to make a judgement call on two fronts, 1) can you stomach the volatility over next five years? and 2) what odds to you give Intel to succeed? Either one of these may cause you to decide to throw in the towel.

Should not we consider Intel though billion dollar investments has been executed as well as a plan to beat Samsung and TSMC in next 3-5 years? I am confused. There is a say, Intel will regain their throne to claim as a industry leader. I planned to start now so that in next couple of years can experience the journey with Intel to sustain their legacy and heritage in chip design and manufacturing industry. Please help me with valuable guidelines. Thank you.

They are looking for the next scapegoat. Run as fast as you can and take the offer elsewhere. LTD is what it is - limited edition.
