STB hearings

Anybody watch the hearings ? Wanted to know what were some of the best questions asked. Did you see any rr person squirm in their seat and get nervous answering questions?

The STB and the Peter the Buttboy ran FRA can't do jack cr-p to the UP.
If anything, the Government should seize control of the company and
get rid of the PSR and the executives.

Pu----s!!!!!

PSR is a money grab to these pompous executives . The government called them out in April of this year about loco / staff . They Lied to the STB and it’s becoming much worse. Embargo … Yes charge the customer inflated rates for worse service. Let the customer pick up the added expense for lack of service. Labor do the work of two people cuz we cut staff so deep because of an operating ratio and corporate greed . This is criminal at best to shippers and wonderful to every Hedge Fund whom has their hand in this money grab for years . It’s unfortunate to the general public they have zero idea of what is happening.

I watched most of it, like others posted fritz was as nervous as a cats a-s. You can see he doesn’t like not being the one in charge. A lot of important things were brought up and UP wasn’t able to stump the STB members especially Marty, that guy is brilliant. Long story short, UP looked pretty bad, they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and knew it. Just so happens they decided to drop ALL embargoes after the hearings. Hopefully the next step is more hiring, less furloughs and added sick pay. We shall see tho.

I feel sorry for FedEx if Jim Vino is running the show.

I watched a few parts of it, and even a blind person could've seen he was nervous. All I can say is that it's about damn time. He's been destroying this company from the inside out, and all without a care in the world. I think the biggest moment I liked was when he was asked about who made the decisions regarding their PSR implementation. Vena's name was brought up in the questioning phase. What's baffling is why Fritzy covered for Vena, when everyone knows Vena made the PSR decisions. Vena withdrew his candidacy for the CEO position at the CN, left the industry, and went on to become an executive for FedEx. Anyone else really think Vena leaving the industry was just a coincidence? Stay tuned, because I think this is just the beginning of the end for Fritz and his executive cronies.

You could clearly see he was nervous. His body language showed it wasn’t going as planned and his tells were obvious . Those poor glasses were chewed to bits and He fingered them like he was Harvey Weinstein.. PSR is a money grab and that’s it …Everyone knows PSR is a Pyramid Scheme to boost profits . I’m confident this will be deleted.

I watched large parts of it, there were times the ceo seemed caught off guard and even nervous. But no definitive answers, alot of vague dancing around questions. The STB confronting them on operating ratios, sick leave, labor shortages, eliminating embargoes, and actually growing the company were some good parts.

I liked it when the speaker took a bathroom break and forgot to turn his microphone off.
