You do know that the phones can be tracked by the IMEI right? And you'll be the person who took the person's phone according to the notes on the account. I've seen people get fired for this, it's easy to track.

@10b how will he or she get caught? I used to do this all the time... When no trade ins were required I told customers their "trade ins" gave them their new phones for free.. so I take them then sell it and no one find out

That isn't right...remember, integrity is at the core of who we are. Don't sacrifice your own integrity or morals, based off of if a company is laying you off or not. Its not worth it. If you weren't laid off, I'm guessing you should have been with this mentality. Really sad to see this. Not only are you making customers lives harder, but you are adding to the stress of existing representatives that have to fix the mess you are creating. And to publicly post it, bragging, is insane. Yes this site is anonymous, but anyone with a brain knows this stuff can be tracked under the right circumstances. This seems to be huge grounds for litigation.
