I had a peek today of the last “lab”. As expected, hippie talk on company time.
Someone will give a gist or not.
I thought it was supposed to be skills training but the last one threatened an hour of HR psycho-battle, so hard pass.
@bc Don’t slam Lumi; she was a fine mascot. Certainly better than the current trash.

No matter what, we can agree that whoever thought of branding for either of them are bat-sh!t crazy.
How about we just be 'authentic' and 'real' and just call it what it is: 'Mandatory Quarterly Corporate Training'. Anything else is just lipstick on a pig.

I have no desire to edge up with AI the way Cisco wants us to. No thanks I hired on without AI skills and my pay has not changed much since then. No reason to get super skilled at any shiny new thing Cisco desires my pay is not edging up even 2% a year. If I edge up it will be for a new role at a better company with better products for better pay.
