White males aren't included in the togetherness according to the lawsuit filed. AH's discriminatory policies and practices are finally catching up to her.
Heard about internal transfers. RIF is happening, but the more 'valuable' talent will remain and move to teams that have more work. These individuals don't know about any of this yet, but these conversations are happening amongst the VPs and SDs. If you work in a team/department that's over capacity and has a ton of work to get through then you have nothing to worry about.
In my corner of the tower I’m not hearing anything about an upcoming RIF and don’t know of anyone who was given the boot. We’re up to our eyeballs with work so hopefully everyone stays. Is this just unwarranted rumors or are areas being scaled back?
