I see that SOBO went through some cuts. I also see that a few posts were removed due to probably using initials of the degenerate directors. censorship is alive and well.

P.S. sorry for the TCE folks who have to see this in their feeds. South Bow doesn't have its own page yet but no worries, it will be a good laugh for you guys.

Loving how HR and/or Directors are coming on here justifying their incompetence. Since you so won’t listen to the employees through regular channels you will the brutal truth on here.

Human Resources and Directors are the only departments thats gets a free pass for being completely useless and incompetent. They produce zero revenue, degrade morale with endless policies, protect the company, NOT you, and somehow still get invited to every meeting like they are essential. Remove 95% tomorrow and the business would run smoother, faster and happier.

People need to realize that they are only entitled to the legislated minimum severance. This Company was VERY GENEROUS and the low performers who left should be VERY THANKFUL. The lack of gratitude may point to one of the reasons they are no longer with this high performer company.

Apropos is an adjective or adverb that means very appropriate, relevant, or fitting to a particular situation. Pronounced ap-ruh-POH (the ending "s" is silent), it is a stylish way to say something is on-point or perfectly suited for the occasion. The directors and the snake M1 in Houston are not doing themselves any favors.

The comment below is very apropos, this leadership core is in the top 1% echelon in the industry. For the workers, if you aren’t in the top 1% in competency and values like the Directors on up are, maybe you need to self evaluate if this is the right company for you.

There’s a lot of criticism on here that is not in line with South Bow values:

Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Responsibility.

Many of you complaining online may need to self reflect on whether you are living these values or not. The Leadership are certainly following these values, I think what I’m reading is that there is an opportunity for some of you to reflect on the fact that you may need to dig deep on your own core values, your appreciation for your career and employer and your role as a team player in your company.

@apv they learned that lesson from KMI/El Paso when they sold the gas assets. El Paso dumped every id--t it could from TGP and others into ANR. TC got a bunch, if not all, that couldn’t even spell ANR

Not really, the greatest motivational speakers were already here on the oil side to begin with. I don't think anybody would be d-mb enough to leave TC and go to SOBO. In fact people left SOBO and went to TC and that was the smartest thing they ever did if I had to guess. They are smiling ear to ear.

Thanks HR for the insight. As stated before, leadership here is backstabbing, and untrustworthy, what is your rebuttal to the fact that the town hall was 30 days before the mass layoffs. Faking the family atmosphere and lying to employees? That behavior comes from the top down. letting go of employees who just question the status quo? Not to mention the directors who let people go because they spoke up in town halls? You cant change the perception this company already has as the worst managed company in the industry. But hey, they are looking out for you right?Dont be delusional.

South Bow is an exceptional company, led by a truly world class leadership team from Managers to the Directors and VP’s. All are qualified and of the highest moral character, it’s rare to have such an A-grade competent leadership group like this who are also great people.

Does “we do the right thing” include treating loyal employees like sh-t , lying to them and trapping them into staying then letting them go? Anyway you slice it, the top two, and directors are pieces of sh-t to the core and not to mention entry level lack luster mangers who are incompetent snakes as well.

Rage bait but ok I’ll bite….we do the right thing? Explain the nastiest most incompetent leaders and leadership in the pipeline industry. They are running this pipeline into the ground, they used employees to get where they wanted to be then let them go 12 months later, the town hall was a joke and fake, they tricked people into staying when they had opportune at TC during the separation. The top two are fake, the middle directors are incompetent at best. You think they are looking out for you? You’re just a number.

@2d8 yes hence the piece of Sh-T awards I posted about individual directors and above but got removed…so yes, total D and A’s to be exact and p,o,s ‘s. You can tell it was age, pay and personality based. F this company and everyone it except for a minor few.

I’m sure it was unfortunately. Different company now and everything that goes with it. One can only dream that the filthy degen directors get what they deserve. They are all hanging on by a thread. I remember one time my degen director asked us how we used AI, the degen actually cut and paste the question from another source because we all know the barely high school graduate can speak and write.

Trying to take some time off after this debacle of a transition and reduction in force event two months ago, manager and degen director constantly reaching out to me with requests and deadlines over my time off. Hr wont pay used time out so we have to use it or loose it. The funny thing is that sure we can use it but we are still working. Look elsewhere folks.

Some advice for people looking for work here, look elsewhere, for those who work here, look elsewhere, for those who got let go, be thankful. This place is poison. Those who think they are taken care of just know this, they will turn on you in a heartbeat to save themselves. Remember, Hr is there to protect the company, not you.
