Some of the best folks I’ve worked with over the years are leaving Schwab on their own because they’re tired of guessing what’s next. It’s depressing to watch talent drain like this.

Good for them! They don’t deserve the good people they have. They want clock punchers…young, clueless, naive people who don’t challenge them or express fresh ideas.
