Watching people who gave years get escorted out with barely a goodbye so many times in the last several years just crushed morale. Most of us now feel that dedication does not matter when decisions are made behind closed doors with no humanity. Not many are bothering to do more than bare minimum anymore. You can't do something like this repeatedly and expect things to remain the same.

@ba AB’s they lose all their SMEs to a poor third party organization with no career path, poorer benefits and no consideration on past performance. Wonder how many customers will pull out of deals because Professional Services is delivered by a third party
Been like this since at least 1997 at FD. They had a layoff on bring your kid to work day. They had layoffs on the holiday party day. FD su-ked and brought its su-k to Fiserv.
