So now that this wonderful Auto Routing in OFS is working so wonderfully- Says absolutely no CEs! But the Senior Management is all in on this and ignoring what we all think of this system. The TMs are loosing more and more abilities to do anything. They cant do anything with calls or scheduling. so I see the SPs and TMs getting cut. Maybe not all of them but a big chunk of them. I can see some of the CEs getting changed to Contractor status or just cut more of us. Hope im wrong on this but after all, there was a reason for Splitting NCR to begin with. To make us more sellable.

Nothing, no layoffs
Diebold just converted to OFS as well and their techs are also being routed all over and cris crossing paths.
the ones who are blowing the whistle are the ones who are going to get the ax. this Auto routing is running us in circles and bouncing area to to different area. missing SLAs and pi----g off customers.
Someone should really blow the whistle on the disaster that is NCR Atleos as a service. These banks that are signing up are being sold lies. At Leo’s is at most one year away from a major bottoming out. When I raised the concern to a VP that we are lying to a new client about what they were purchasing from us, he laughed and said “we lie to all of our clients.”
