How many left in Cambridge after the redundancies? Does it look like the office is closed for good?
Former Cambridge employee here, got sent packing already.
The messaging from above was always cr-p; leaving managers to try to keep the troops motivated. It sounds like the office is closed for good to me.

Some people relocated to Cambridge because of the RTO mandate only to be told that we can now WFH for an indefinite amount of time because they do not have a space to relocate to yet. The disrespect with which we are being treated is staggering.
More companies in the UK are terminating their office lease to cut costs. CSG needs to follow the lead of the forward-looking business leaders that limit the need for office space. It's wise to spend the UK budget on keeping people employed, rather than keeping offices open for just a few people that remain once all the layoffs are over.
Cambridge employee here, we were only using 2/3 of the office and apparently someone who Citrix were looking to sublet the remaining 1/3 to said "we want all of it" and they're getting it, we were told in a local meeting that the overall aim is for it to be a "move" not a "closure" but there will be a period in-between where we will be office-less, although the email sent today doesn't seem to read like that...
