You seem so excited about that!!! Actually it says they have a right to sell. But there is also a successor clause.
they legit sold you!!!!!! your contract doesnt say anything about you being sold!!!
Im pretty sure all the unions have filed unfair labor practices. As complicated as the company is trying to make it, the writing is on the wall. More disturbing is that someone announced exactly what is going down in June. If I was union I wouldn't sign anything without direction from my union. I would even take the contract to a labor attorney to review. Signing it may give up your representation.
