What to Expect for Employees Transitioning to MasTec:
• Week of Dec 8: MasTec will reach out to welcome employees, share additional information, points of contact and guidance to assist with the transition.
• Week of Dec 15:
• Offer Window Opens: Employees will receive an email to their personal email with steps to generate their MasTec job offer, aligning to their current role and pay
• Roadshows Begin: Roadshows will take place throughout the month of December and into the beginning of January. MasTec will reach out with specific dates, times and locations for all employees
• January 9: Final day to accept MasTec offer
• February 2026: Employees transition to MasTec

Lightpath FS will be next! Atice/MS will get rid of all those 100,000 Plus salarys!

2 Union contracts are up in March. The Union is already gearing up for a fight. I’m sure MasTec will have their reps in the negotiations as FS will no longer be under Optimum. If you go to MasTec’s web page you’ll see that they do all aspects of Telecom including OSP, Construction and ISP. The writing is on the wall. Drahi will get his dream an all contracted Telecom company. If a shop is not unionized now they better get on the bandwagon.

we are unionizing every depot we have seen this bu@@$@@@ before it was called ATS- they have to bring us over so they can bring over enough techs to unionize all of mastectomy

even if it doesnt do anything else it will p1$$ off thr coward upper management that failed this company and our families

Sure they do. That’s why it’s thanks for your service but here’s the door. It’s embarrassing to work a company like this. Don’t care about us or the customers.
