Why do we keep responding to these fake positive Fiserv posts these people post. They only post this non sense so they can sit back and laugh watching us lambaste them here!! Stop replying to these id--t fake Fiserv posts!!!! LOL
One fiserv. LOL. There are dozens of fiservs and they corporate leaders can’t figure out how to communicate with and lead them.
LOLOLOLOL!
They've been spreading that "one Fiserv" manure back in 2012!
Funny how it has yet to coalesce just over a decade later, innit?
I am certain the clients are loving the collaboration happening by all new people that don’t actually know anything. So much better! Thank goodness they no longer have to deal with all of the experienced employees that have left the company to get out from under the constant gaslighting and uncertainty.
Collaboration!
Diversity!
Innovation!
Synergy!
So sick of this fake soulless corporate propaganda trash everywhere.
Thanks for you’re participation Tony Marino.
literally HR posting here
And fiserv will continue to turnover top talent leaving for more modern companies.
The actions will catch up eventually clients will leave and the stock will plummet its guaranteed at this point.
ROFL @ "One Fiserv!" That's been preached for years and still hasn't happened. I think you mean One Berkeley Heights.
Hooray!! Corporate branding is surfing the web this morning.
Resilience to layoffs?
This is fiserv we’re discussing. The firm that requires layoffs to make numbers.
You shouldn’t drink at work, unless it’s Franks koolaid.
Seeing long (30 + year) financial clients leave Fiserv due to these moves in the last 2 years. None sight BTO as any factor shaping the decision. Keep gaslighting Manhattan.
Well, we've laid off/list from attrition 25% of our workforce in the last couple years, so I suppose that should bolster future resiliency? Congrats?
One Fiserv? You can’t even define what that means. It’s corporate mumbo jumbo. Being in the office has no correlation to layoffs except that there’s an expense for the boxes they provide to those laid off. Interesting that you’re implying the layoffs were real. Until recently, you had been denying that they even occurred. I guess that’s progress.
@OP+1kbkj2Qt Care to place a wager that you are right?
