@1hp while you're not wrong, it IS better than nothing which is exactly what most of us were expecting.
@1h5 very happy.... a ~2-3% payout based on salary before tax, after the company was gutted, our lives worsened, our workloads tripled, health premiums increased (due to private healthcare greed) and wages stagnated. If something is better than nothing, it was not much of anything to begin with.
not to mention they have until the 19th to payout... we may not have jobs by then :P

The bonus for this year is for Sammy, watching people continue to get thrown on their as--s into a job market where people are losing their homes and having their entire lives fall apart and even commit s**cide. He gets to see that money saved by tearing all these folks out at the roots. That's the canon bonus for 2025.
You think dealers give out bonuses?

I avoided the luncheon like the plague. I was not going to risk getting food poisoning and have to wait hours in the ER for an IV.
I wonder if the executives have their own private holiday party at a swanky, upscale restaurant.

Our bonus is we still have jobs. Nothing more. And the bland half-a**ed lunch.
If we don't get the email about the bonus within the next week or so, take it as the holiday luncheon they just had for locations (ours being South Jersey) WAS the bonus...

@OP What's your nationality? That may impact what kind of bonus you get these days.
Possibly in the 12/19 paycheck, email blast should be coming soon within the next week, if at all.
I was surprised we got one last year, albeit a skimpy one, so I think it’s still possible.
Let’s be honest, they don’t want to give them out, but it’s the least they can do given all the cr@p they put us through on a daily basis.
