My team inherited several people who do nothing but have meetings, and deliver very little value. They excel at telling other people how they think they should do their jobs. Most recent project under our CMS org was a total flop. We need more PM/Engineers that actually do real work. We are top heavy with high level people who deliver no value.
On the plus side, all the people I dislike working with our all now on my team!
