Looks like admin itself supporting discrimination on the basis of same native so even the reply on the same is getting deleted. Not evaluating correctly for performance (unjustified 4), wrong ethics moral, pushing for RTO - all these to get people off from the train voluntarily to save the severance. pushing/promoting someone just because they are from same native also the same (trying other eligible employees to put paper or move out or swallow the sh-t quietly)
MD promotion RTO/ethics/related to layoffs? If so then discrimination too.. just being biased towards their own people doing injustice to others
