Any contractors heard of anything regarding their extensions for 2026?

Mine just got extended to 2027. But they can decide to end it at any time, so an extension does not equal security.
Just got extended through 2027...
@ab Actually it is a layoff as most of them are paid via W2. They can collect unemployment.
A contract being terminated or not renewed is not a layoff, you contractor sc-m. STFU
