iknow loads of them no work, they watch netflix and keep having calls just to gossip!
no productivity whatsover for 2022, lets hope some work in 2023
Guys, no one will be laid off , we are engineers not hourly workers.. just had meeting that we will be lined up in pharmacy under good leaders, we didnt have any work for 6 months but from January we will have enough work and can see our ladder grow to Manager, director etc from Senior Software Engineer. pharmacy is cashcow business and they need 1000's of Engineers to handle billions of dollars! No layoffs period!
they cannot cut 100 positions
I have inside knowledge, this job will be cut by the new year. If you think CVS is going to pay you for doing nothing ask the care concierge teams how that worked out for them … FYI they will all be let go as 12/31
