Venting is OK. However, being constantly dissatisfied but staying in this toxic environment is ultimately self-destructive. Now it may not be easy to find a new job, but I know many who are stuck here just because they are afraid to start from scratch, learn new skills and relearn old.

Dude, how you know folks left this toxic place because they rather take a chance than work with morally corrupt souls? Everyone has their own reasons.
Whatever happens next, we know for sure, this place is political, lack integrity, and toxic for sure. Folks know what they may be in for when they leave and we applaud them for taking action and conviction. They rather not collect a paycheck and be disciples of the heartless.
Don't look back. It's a good change of scenery from all these id**ts.
Been elsewhere and it proves to me that corporate America is toxic. Every company is battling to win. I'm just thankful we have jobs to go to whereas former colleagues that left TDC to go elsewhere to chase money and fortune with a start up now find themselves out of a job in a recession.
People are not afraid to start from scratch. Some of the best and adaptable people are at the company. They have been strung along with false promises and behind the scene RSUs and thinking they can turn this place around. They are buying their time. Either take some action and control your own destiny or your time will come when you least expect it. Wishful thinking that they appreciate you.
If you leave this toxic place and go to another that's the same that's shame on you. Do your homework. Since this place is 100% toxic and don't care about you, even if you end up at another place, you did not lose. You gave it a try to be at a better place. Keep going.
I doubt a Christmas bonus exists, at least for the USA employees. We have our API bonus each March and some rare spot bonuses.
I left. The company I went to is very toxic and dysfunctional. The grass isn’t always greener. I kick myself in the a-s every day for leaving.
Did anybody get a Christmas bonus ?
Teradata, the horrendous place to work.
