No exceptions at all? I’m trying to figure out what’s rumor and what’s actually happening, but everything I’m hearing sounds pretty bleak.

@bt You sound like Kroger management; incompetent.
@12g I was thinking it would be Feb or close to Q4 end but after the blatant admission of working in office is better for the co, I'm inclined to believe that Dec is very likely. What a dumpster 🔥.
When will this happen? My guess will be Christmas Eve since the company has no heart.
As a remote employee, I believe it since it's mandated that employees RTO in January. I would like to believe that they keep some remote employees. Where are you all getting this information from? How certain are you about remote employees?
Highly unlikely remote workers will be laid off in December given holiday preparedness and things going down in prod. My best guess is remote workers will be laid off in March after they are paid STIP and severance. Keep an eye for any announcement for a new CEO as that appointment will coincide with definite layoffs.
Anyone who thinks they NEED remote employees or delusional. Your days are numbered.
@bf Where you not here when Jill was talking about the exemptions? yeah i was remote too but they laid of my entire team except for my manager who i am sure sold us all out. At least he is having a nice holiday.
@a9 what does that mean? Supply Chain has been a mess for all 15 years I've been here. I worked 10 in supply chain...
Anyway, KTD cannot function without their remotes...there are still a ton of them and very critical
Well they got rid of Jill and Linda. Not sure the exemptions mean anything.
