Thread regarding Optum layoffs

RTO - Various MN offices

For those who get those badge reports, let's say you are based in Optum Circle, but may decide to go to the UHC offices instead on certain days of the week, do you get credit for those towards the 4 days minimum? I asked my boss and they did not know so...

Any UHC or Optum building for which your badge works will log a swipe.

Apparently it's up to each group/team to refine the incredibly vague RTO "requirement" by defining expectations for core hours, time in office, etc.

Mine works for all TC locations. But I’m IT so we need access to every building.

Your boss is the only one who would care. If they don’t, all the HR bot sees is you went to a building. If you get an assigned seat I could see them starting to track that you go to THAT location, but not happening yet.

How many facilities does YOUR Badge work for? Sounds like a security Risk.
