depends on group but here’s the rough estimate if you haven’t been maxed out in beqom pay band:
NSI / NI - 0%
G/VG/E- 0.5 -3%
E/O - 3-5%
OWD 3-5% plus RSUs
promotion = raise + 5%
Clearly the. Implant is going to use the current environment to continue to squeeze employees. Remember the mid to late 20-teens when there were multiple years with no raises? This is likely the near term future.

For US IT, barely half will get a meager raise, the other half will get nothing. Rough estimate of average increase will be about 8K. Communication from your supervisor will occur in December.
Supervisors will see them after Thanksgiving and supposed to communicate starting Dec 2. The percentage raises will be average of 3%
