Is It Primarily the Optum Health Division Hemorrhaging Jobs?

We hear about layoffs on this thread but we usually don't know which division they're in.

Consumer office and digital product has been hit and will continue to be. Selections for the next rif round already occurring.

OI cut Capability Managers, Clinical Admin Cooridnators, Pharmacists, Data Scientists, and Product Manager this month. A lot of people managers were also cut as managers are expected to have a certain number of reports going into 2026. More cuts coming to OI in December.

OI has been seeing a ton of cuts. I know a lot of cutting of folks has happened this month in Optum Corporate (lawyers and auditors, accounting, finance for the whole enterprise). No role or position in UHG is safe or secure.
