We can’t afford to pay engineers and techs but we can afford to pay someone to send out these stupid emails??? GTFO no one reads this sh-t.

The comms dept sends all the emails. A VERY painful and antiquated group of people to work with, having zero personality or creative capability but believe they are the only ones competent enough to send a basic communication. Bring on the scrappy and less bureaucractic VZ bc they really hold the business back, in my experience.

You realize it’s probably fairly automated? Nice to compare some high tech personnel to someone on internal comms, you think they get paid the same?
